Alexandria Book & Craft Festival: A Literary Celebration on Oct 18
Mark your calendars for the Alexandria Book and Craft Festival, happening in Old Town on October 18, 2023. Organised by Elaine's Literary Salon and Made in Alexandria, this free event promises a delightful day filled with literature and creativity.
The festival will take place in the Tavern Square courtyard behind 415 King Street, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 15 artists and 25 authors will be in attendance, offering a diverse range of talent and perspectives. Among them are notable figures like K.T. Nguyen, whose book 'YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID' won Best Non-Fiction in a literary award category. Other participating authors include Ralph Peluso, John Wasowicz, and many more. The event is the brainchild of John Wasowicz, who connected Made in ALX and Elaine's to bring this literary celebration to life.
Join us at the Alexandria Book and Craft Festival for a day of exploration, inspiration, and connection. With a wide array of artists and authors, there's something for everyone. Don't miss this wonderful opportunity to engage with local talent and celebrate the power of storytelling.
