The second pipe includes the Royal Parachute, Gift Glider, and Silver-and-Gold Hearts gliders, as well as the Glider Prancer, Head Honcho, and Red Taxi karts. These gliders and karts are themed around the drivers participating in the tournament.
Toad (Party Time), Pauline (Party Time), and Peach (Wedding) are some of the drivers available in the second pipe. Mario (Tuxedo) can be found in the first pipe.
