Calendar Highlighting Inaugural Pasture for Life Initiative

The Pasture-Fed Livestock Association (PFLA) has released its first-ever calendar, showcasing the benefits of eating 100% grass-fed meat and dairy. The calendar, which features a different Pasture for Life beef, lamb, and dairy producer each month, is available for purchase or as a free gift for new members joining the PFLA.

The PFLA, which supports pasture-based farming, offers a range of benefits to its members. These include access to industry information, networking opportunities with like-minded producers, marketing assistance, educational materials, and invitations to events focused on sustainable livestock farming.

To become a member and receive a free calendar, you need to sign up through the PFLA's membership process. The offer is only available to new members. While the membership fee is £100 per year, people joining before the end of February 2018 will receive a calendar free of charge as a thank you present. The calendar can also be purchased separately for £10 plus postage and packing.

Membership in the PFLA is open to anyone, not just farmers. In fact, increasing membership numbers is a key priority for the association in 2018. The PFLA membership includes a free calendar as part of the annual fee.

The calendar cover was chosen through a contest, with supporters voting for their favourite picture from 12 finalists. Fiona Provan's photo of her Jersey cows from The Calf at Foot Dairy in Suffolk won the contest and is now on the front cover.

To learn more about the PFLA membership and the offer for a free calendar, visit the official PFLA website or contact them directly at [email protected]. By joining the PFLA, you'll not only support pasture-based farming but also gain access to a wealth of resources and opportunities.
