The auction will kick off with a performance by Sigriður Thorlacius, followed by musical entertainment from Ásgeir Trausti.

Rights for Refugee Children, an organization based in Iceland, is the beneficiary of this event. Esther Þorvaldsdóttir, one of the founders, works tirelessly to ensure the rights of refugee children are respected by state institutions. The organization provides legal assistance for refugee children, focusing on precedent-setting cases, and advocates for the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Their efforts are centred around five key goals: legal and advocacy support, education and access to services, safety and protection, community integration, and awareness and funding. By attending the art auction, you can contribute to these vital causes and enjoy a cultural experience.
