The apartment comprises a two-bedroom condominium, an open-plan living room with kitchen, separate WC, bathroom, and a balcony or loggia. The sixth-floor dwelling has a storage room on the eleventh floor, built in 2010.

As you might expect, the price tag isn't modest. According to the Regional Court, the "market value" is estimated at 1.13 million euros. This price is what the property would sell for in a typical market sale. During the auction, the minimum bid must reach half of this value to secure the apartment for a new owner. However, a creditor's request can impede the sale if the minimum bid falls below 70% of the market value. This means, bidding 70% would almost be considered a steal.
Despite the sizeable 111 square meter apartment, you wouldn't stand out as the wealthiest resident. Reports suggest that there are even larger units within the buildings. According to "Bild," Lukas Podolski reportedly resides in an expansive 400 square meter dwelling within the towers.
