Materials
- 3 pieces Felt sheet(s) 1 piece each of green, red, and white
- Blank hair clip
Instructions📛📜
- Cut the Strips of Felt
- Cut the strips of felt according to the sizes in the Notes.
- Create the Peppermint Stripes
- Place the two white strips of felt on top of the colored strip and secure with a bit of hot glue at one end.
- Start rolling the felt rings together, separating each layer and securing with more hot glue as you go. Continue rolling until the ring is about 1 inch wide.
- Assemble the Bow
- Use the pinking shears to cut both short ends of the rectangle, making a bow shape. Secure with a small dot of hot glue in the center.
- Hot glue the bow to the top of your clip, adding a few more dots of glue within the bow for extra stability if needed.
- Add the Peppermint Stripes
- Glue the wrapped felt rings onto the top of the bow, finishing off your DIY peppermint Christmas hair bow!
