Engage in Green Hydrogen Interactions at Hydrogen Refueling Stations
Jyväskylä, Finland, is set to become a hub for clean energy innovation from July 31 to August 2, 2025, as the Central Finland Mobility Foundation (Cefmof) hosts the Hydrogen Pitstop event during the Secto Rally Finland. This three-day public event aims to showcase practical hydrogen applications across various aspects of life.
Visitors can explore three unique locations, each offering distinct content and activities related to the use of hydrogen in mobility, everyday appliances, cooking, and leisure.
Kirkkopuisto Park invites participants to test their knowledge with a fun hydrogen-themed quiz and enjoy pizza freshly baked in a hydrogen-powered oven.
Harbour Park (Satamapuisto) provides an opportunity to experience riding a hydrogen-powered bus, taste hydrogen-roasted coffee and ice cream, and relax in a hydrogen sauna (booking required). The routes and timetables for the free hydrogen bus services will be available closer to the event in the Jyväskylä Region Public Transport Linkki's local traffic Trip Planner.
Ruusupuisto Square offers a chance to race hydrogen-powered RC cars, explore the “World of Hydrogen” exhibition, and enjoy a hamburger grilled using hydrogen.
