These items are essential for some trips, yet may not be needed at home, making it hard to justify buying them for just one adventure - think 4-season sleeping bags or down jackets.

Our inventory includes:
Sleeping Bags: We offer 3 and 4 season sleeping bags in Kenya, Tanzania, and Nepal. A 3-season sleeping bag is perfect for huts in Nepal and on Mt. Kenya, but a 4-season bag is better for camping on Kilimanjaro or on a trek or climb in Nepal. Each rental sleeping bag comes with a compression sack and a dry bag. Trek Poles: Available in Kenya, Tanzania, and Nepal, trek poles are a must-have for any hiker, especially if you have knee issues. They offer stability and support on steep or loose terrain. Rental price: £10 / trip
Duffle Bags: Available in 90 and 120-liter sizes in Kenya, Tanzania, and Nepal, these tough and durable bags are excellent for porters, mules, or yaks. We recommend using dry bags inside them for maximum protection against rain. They're so much easier to use than a backpack. Rental price: £30 or £35 / trip depending on size
Accessories: Don't forget essentials like a 500ml flask for your summit night beverage (available to rent in Tanzania for £5 / trip), a poncho to stay dry and cool (also available in Tanzania for £5 / trip), gloves (both fleece and outer mountain gloves are available in Tanzania for £5 or £10 / trip), and dry bags in various sizes to keep your gear dry and organized.
For your day bags (40-50 liters) and full ruck sacks (70 liters), rent medium and large bags in Tanzania for £5 / trip.
