Evening literature read-aloud in the garden of the Dresden Literature Forum during summer
Get ready for an enchanting evening of literature, music, and wine as the Literature Forum Dresden presents the Summer Reading Night on Friday, 25th July 2025, starting at 7 PM.
The event, themed around the haiku "No one notices the wildflowers" by Issa, will take place in the tranquil Garden by the Prießnitz, located behind the LeseZeichen bookstore at Priessnitzstrasse 56, 01099 Dresden.
A host of esteemed authors will grace the occasion, including Anna Zepnick, Undine Materni, Wiete Lenk, Diana Hellwig, Volker Sielaff, Lutz Rathenow, Dieter Krause, Rainer Barczaitis, Marcus Neuert, Patrick Wilden, silvio colditz, Alexander Morawitz, and Frank Norten.
To add to the cultural experience, Ada Greifenhahn and Ferdinand Büchner will provide music for the event, while Hans-Peter Lühr will speak the opening words.
