Prolight + Sound, the international industry gathering for technologies and services related to entertainment, show, events, audiovisual system integration, and content creation, is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2020. For those considering exhibiting at this prestigious event, early booking offers several advantages.
The cost of a stand varies depending on its size and configuration. A one-sided open stand with early booking discount is priced at EUR 188.00/sqm, while a two-sided open stand costs EUR 211.00/sqm and a four-sided open stand is priced at EUR 222.00/sqm. A three-sided open stand is also available for EUR 222.00/sqm.
Participation in the Live Sound Arena, a key feature of the event, is conditional upon having a stand presence in Hall 8.0. Two packages are available for the Live Sound Arena: the "Basic" and the "Advanced". The "Basic" package costs EUR 3,749.45 and includes two slots of 10 minutes each per day for the duration of 4 days, electrical connection, two additional parking passes, and six additional exhibitor passes. The "Advanced" package, priced at EUR 4,475.15, offers four slots of 10 minutes each per day for the same period, along with the same additional benefits.
It's important to note that the "Complete Package", which includes stand walls, carpet, cabin, company sign, shelves, chairs, table, counter, wastepaper basket, spotlights, cleaning, 3-way socket outlet, power supply, media package, stand construction, environmental tax, and AUMA fees, does not include value-added tax. The "Complete Package" offers a stand with a size of twelve square meters for a total price of EUR 4,407.00 plus VAT.
Early-bird visitors can secure the best seats and benefit from an early-bird discount of up to thirteen percent. Exhibitors who decide early on also have the opportunity to present their projects as part of the lecture and event program. Registering a stand by the end of July can save money and provide a wide choice of stand locations.
