Free Niki de Saint Phalle-Inspired Art Workshop for Kids in Luenen
Stadt Luenen Museum is hosting a free, four-day workshop for children and young people aged 8 to 14, inspired by renowned artist Niki de Saint Phalle. The workshop, running from Monday, October 20, to Friday, October 24, from 2 to 5 pm daily, requires full attendance and offers participants the chance to create their own small figure and collaborate on a large object.
The workshop, titled 'Niki de Saint Phalle: A World of Color', encourages young artists to explore their creativity. Participants will delve into the vibrant, whimsical world of Niki de Saint Phalle, known for her large-scale sculptures and colorful mosaics. Each day, young artists will work on their own small figure, learning techniques inspired by the artist's unique style.
On the final day, participants will come together to collaborate on a large object, combining their individual creations into a collective masterpiece. This collaborative process fosters teamwork and encourages children to appreciate each other's artistic visions.
The workshop is free of charge and registration is open until October 12 via email to museum@our website. Don't miss this opportunity for young artists to explore their creativity and learn about the inspiring work of Niki de Saint Phalle. The Stadt Luenen Museum looks forward to welcoming a vibrant group of young artists this autumn.
