Dixya Bhattarai to Teach Fresh Spring Roll Workshop at Patio to Plate Event

On October 7th, Dixya Bhattarai, a renowned nutrition expert and culinary mastermind, will be teaching a workshop on making Fresh Spring Rolls with a Peanut Dipping Sauce at the Patio to Plate Event.

Dixya, who has developed a health and wellness brand called Food, Pleasure & Health, is a graduate of Idaho State University with a Major in Dietetics and a Minor in Biology, and she received a Master of Science in Nutrition from Texas Woman's University in 2016.

In addition to her culinary skills, Dixya works as a Culinary Registered Dietitian providing nutrition consultation services. She encourages her clients to take it slow when making changes to their lifestyle and advocates for making small sustainable changes for a long-term impact.

Dixya believes that health is not just about how you look or how much you weigh, but has a lot to do with how you feel inside. She emphasizes that health is a very individual term, and you should do what works for you to feel good from the inside out.

The Patio to Plate Event will feature plant-forward spring rolls with fresh herbs from a patio herb garden, and Dixya and another expert, Donna, will be leading the workshop, aiming to leave participants feeling refreshed and inspired.

Gardening is suggested as a way to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote self-care. Gardenuity events aim to connect people across the country and be part of their growing journey. These events are interactive and designed to be a fun gardening experience.

The Patio to Plate Event is not the only event Gardenuity offers; they also host events online. Participants in Gardenuity events can benefit from being part of a growing experience, and the Patio to Plate Event is an opportunity to learn about gardening and how it can contribute to a healthier lifestyle.

Dixya runs a food blog on YouTube, has a large following on Instagram, and hosts cooking classes and workshops at The Table Market + Culinary Studio. If you're looking to prioritize self-care and take time for yourself, the Patio to Plate Event is a chance to do just that, an act of kindness for yourself that could lead to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle.
