In the bustling city of Mumbai, a unique architectural marvel has emerged, challenging the traditional notion of a home. The Grand Chateau, designed by Prachiti Khanvilkar of PKD Studio, is not just a house you walk through, but one that you explore.

The Grand Chateau, spanning 12,000 square feet and divided into four levels, does not follow a typical blueprint. Instead, it creates its own spatial rhythm, with each floor featuring a unique design language that seamlessly combines function and lifestyle.

What was once an industrial shell has been transformed into a personal, multi-dimensional home. The property, named Grand Chateau, is a testament to PKD Studio's experiential architectural approach, focused on discovery and interaction.

The design of the home is assembled one frame at a time, with fluted marble details, curved thresholds, and a careful choreography of material, light, and form. The Grand Chateau offers spaces for pause, productivity, and play, as well as spaces for exploration and self-expression, such as an art studio, a gym, and sun-drenched terraces.

The Grand Chateau is more than a house; it's a unique exploration space. It's a place where one can immerse oneself in a world of personal expression, offering a refreshing departure from the monotony of typical homes.

Prachiti Khanvilkar, the founder of PKD Studio, has once again demonstrated her innovative spirit and dedication to creating spaces that resonate with the people who inhabit them. The Grand Chateau is a testament to her vision and a beacon of architectural excellence in Mumbai.

The Grand Chateau, a personal and multi-dimensional home designed by Prachiti Khanvilkar, showcases an interior-design that seamlessly blends function and lifestyle, creating a unique exploration space within the home-and-garden area. This space encourages self-expression, offering areas for productivity, pause, play, art, fitness, and sun-soaked terraces, enhancing one's lifestyle and home experience.
