Gütersloh Celebrates Women's History with Unique Calendar
The city archive of Gütersloh has launched a unique calendar, 'Gütersloher Frauen - A Timeless Calendar from 200 Years of City History', celebrating women's achievements. The limited edition calendar is now available for pick-up at the city archive.
The calendar, featuring twelve notable women from Gütersloh's history, is designed in A5 format with a reusable date slider. It showcases women from diverse backgrounds, challenging the traditional male-centric narrative of history. The life stories of these remarkable individuals, including politicians and artists, are highlighted in the calendar.
The city archive is open for pick-up on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10:00 to 12:30, and on Tuesday and Thursday from 14:00 to 17:00. Due to its limited run of 200 copies, the calendar is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with one calendar per person.
