Ireland House Museum Hosts Live Fibre Arts Demonstrations This Saturday

The Ireland House Museum will host live demonstrations of fibre arts this Saturday, as part of the Culture Days celebrations. Admission is pay-what-you-may, and the event runs from 10am to 2pm.

Visitors can expect to see traditional fibre arts techniques and traditions that were popular among the Ireland family and are still enjoyed today. The event is organised by the Ireland House Heritage Group, who also manage the Heritage Fibre Fest.

In addition to the demonstrations, a market offering fibre art-related products will be available for purchase. There will also be a dedicated children's activity station to keep young visitors engaged.

The fibre arts event at Ireland House Museum promises a fun and educational day out for all ages. With no pre-registration required, visitors are welcome to drop in anytime between 10am and 2pm this Saturday.
