One Gallery, a historic building in Bucharest, is undergoing restoration and is set to become a dynamic hub for the city's residents and visitors. The restored building will include certified office spaces, a museum area celebrating the building's history, and a multi-functional hall for theatre performances, cultural events, concerts, and conferences.
The highlight of One Gallery will be the Marketta Food Hall, a gastronomy area operated by Tomcat Hospitality. This vibrant food hall will span 6,000 square meters of indoor and outdoor spaces and will be home to a diverse range of restaurants, terraces seating over 2,000, co-working spaces, a speakeasy-style members bar, and 500 parking spaces.

The food hall aims to transform Floreasca into the main attraction of Bucharest, attracting both locals and tourists. It will offer a mix of established local brands and new international concepts, aiming to foster innovation and variety in Bucharest’s food culture.

The gross development value for One Gallery is currently estimated at EUR 100 million, making it the largest private investment in Romania in the restoration of a historic building. The opening of Marketta Food Hall is expected to take place in the third quarter of this year, contributing to the revitalization of the Floreasca area.
