Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, an international law firm with over 800 lawyers across the globe, has made significant strides in promoting sustainability through its green building initiatives. The firm's Philadelphia and New York offices have both been awarded LEED Gold certification, making it only the second law firm in the United States to earn this distinction.
The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is the nationally accepted benchmark for the world's greenest, most energy-efficient, and highest-performing buildings. LEED promotes sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, and indoor environmental quality.
Partridge Architects, Inc. designed the Philadelphia office of Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, while the architectural firm Butler Rogers Baskett designed the New York office.
