The residents of Pfaffenhofen are invited to participate in a one-time plant protection packaging collection event, scheduled for August 25 and 26. This event, however, is separate from the opening hours of the City Library and the Pfaffenhofen Central Library.

The plant protection packaging collection will take place at an undisclosed location, and will be open from 7:30 am to 12 pm on both days. It's important to note that this collection is not limited to specific types of packaging, and will accept clean and sorted packaging only.

For those interested, there will be a free return of plant protection packaging collection on the same days and times as the main event. The location for the free return is also yet to be disclosed.

The City Library, located at Haus der Begegnung, Hauptplatz 47, is not involved in the plant protection packaging collection. Its usual operating hours in August are Wednesdays from 9 am to 11 am and Fridays from 5 pm to 7 pm, while the Pfaffenhofen Central Library, found at Medienzentrum, Scheyerer Straße 51, is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 am to 2 pm.

The City Library's phone number is (08441) 782240, and the phone number for the Pfaffenhofen Central Library is (08441) 859946. It's important to note that there is no specified phone number for the plant protection packaging collection event.

Josef Treu and Michael Metz have taken over the management of both libraries in Pfaffenhofen. This plant protection packaging collection event is a significant initiative towards environmental sustainability in the town.

Residents are encouraged to participate in this event, ensuring a cleaner and greener Pfaffenhofen. More details about the plant protection packaging collection will be announced in due course.
