New Platform Boosts Regional Music Exchange in Braunschweig
A new online platform, www.kontaktstelle-musik.de, has been launched to boost regional music exchange in the Braunschweig area. Funded by several cities and a cultural foundation, the project is a service of the newly established Kontaktstelle Musik Region Braunschweig, which started in November 2009. Juliane Gaube is the main contact for this initiative.
The website serves as a virtual music marketplace and stage for creators and enthusiasts. It enables users to search for ensemble members, sell sheet music, or find rehearsal spaces. Music institutions, ensembles, and educators can create profiles and connect with each other.
