Online Lawyer Initiative Launches on Our Website in Collaboration with the National Farm Service
Narxoz University and the Informational-Analytical Portal Launch "Online Lawyer" Project
In a significant move to provide legal aid and foster the development of legal consultation skills among senior students, Narxoz University and the informational-analytical portal have joined forces to launch the "Online Lawyer" project. This initiative, which is based on a successful model initiated by the University of Mannheim, aims to offer free legal consultations to the public.
Headed by Professor Sergei Klimkin, an expert in civil law, the legal clinic at Narxoz University will be at the heart of this project. The project's mission is to address a wide range of legal issues that concern the citizens of Kazakhstan, including civil law disputes, social security, insurance disputes, family disputes, housing disputes, intellectual property, banking disputes, labor disputes, licenses and permits, and other legal questions.
Anastasia Novikova, a notable figure in the media, emphasises the role of such initiatives in not only informing society but also in helping it, particularly in addressing legal issues that hinder people from getting justice.
The "Online Lawyer" project operates on a simple premise. Readers can submit their questions via the "Online Lawyer" website. The responses will be sent via personal message and also published on the portal, with the most relevant topics appearing on the homepage. Readers can expect to receive a free response within 3-10 days on the topics they submit.
Narxoz University's rich history and excellent reputation make it an ideal partner for such a project. The university's legal programme has produced many successful graduates, and this project provides an opportunity for senior students to hone their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
This partnership between Narxoz University and the informational-analytical portal is expected to make a significant impact in resolving many issues that concern the citizens of Kazakhstan. The "Online Lawyer" project is yet another testament to the commitment of these institutions towards fostering knowledge, promoting justice, and serving the community.
