Expert panels discussions will cover topics such as sustainable food practices, the impact of culture on gastronomy, and preserving culinary heritage. Interactive sessions, including hands-on cooking classes and tasting events, engage participants directly.
Community engagement is a key focus, with local artisan stalls, cultural product showcases, and opportunities to support community-based initiatives.
Notable Performances and Attractions
The Southwest German Chamber Orchestra and harpist Angela Grether will perform in the Martinskirche. Raphael Mürle will present excerpts from his puppet theater program "Hörbe" and "Ganovenmäuse".
The festival is opened at 2 pm by the First Mayor Dirk Buscher. The show stage in the pedestrian zone offers variety with jazz, Spanish flamenco, judo friends, and a performance by Aileen Sager and the band "PAENG" in the evening.

Public transportation is recommended due to limited parking possibilities. City buses will bypass the area, and the Marktplatz Brotzingen and Stadtmuseum stops will be out of service. However, the S-Bahn line S6 runs to Brotzingen-Mitte. Replacement stops for lines 1, 9, and 11 are available.
The pedestrian zone and Kirchenstraße will be closed to traffic for the Brotzinger Saturday. The X-Cafe-Bistro Cevapcici, Bistro Point, and traditional Club de Amigos in the pedestrian zone offer German-Greek dishes, traditional Paella, and flamenco music respectively. Further gastronomic offers can be found at the stands of the youth fire brigade and the Mottenkäfig.
The Brotzinger Art Gallery shows the new exhibition "Transition" with pictures by Anja Klafki. The city museum presents "The Room of Possibilities" until 6 pm. Café Exil is represented with live music.
