Troon North Expands with Luxury Scottsdale Golf Retreat

Troon North Golf Club is set to expand its offerings with the upcoming Scottsdale Golf Retreat. Both of its courses, Monument and Pinnacle, are already ranked among Arizona's top five public courses by Golf Digest. This new development comes amidst a strong demand for golf travel, with over 12 million golf travelers in the U.S. each year.

Troon, the world's largest golf management company, is behind this project. The Scottsdale Golf Retreat will feature 26 luxury suites, each with its own private patio, wet bar, and spa-inspired bathroom. There will be 20 four-bedroom suites at around 1,600 square feet and six two-bedroom suites at approximately 700 square feet.

The retreat will be situated on a 2.7-acre parcel near the Troon North clubhouse, offering easy access to the courses and creating immersive experiences for groups and events. Troon North's popular dining spot, the Dynamite Grille, will serve as the onsite restaurant, open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Scottsdale Golf Retreat is expected to fill a gap in the North Scottsdale market by providing high-end lodging paired with elite public golf. Troon North aims to position itself as a premier stay-and-play golf destination within the area. The retreat is set to open in early 2026, further enhancing Troon North's reputation as a top golfing destination.
